Actually, you don't need a car here. You will find a parking space, sometimes it can take a little bit of patience. But everything you need for your daily needs is within walking distance. And to Palma, I would order a cab.
Taxi / Cab
Comfortable way of transportation, which is also not so expensive here. To Palma, it is often cheaper to take a cab than to stand with the car in the underground parking garage, which is often uncomfortably hot and stuffy, especially in summer. I usually call Taxi Palma Radio, the phone number is 971 401414. There is also a (bad) App.
Bus
On Carrer Llucmajor, which is the busier street when you go out of the house to the right, there are several bus stops. There are the lines 18, 28 and 35. The buses are very pleasant, mostly quite new and mostly on time. You only have to stand at the bus stop and make it clear to the driver that you are not just standing there by chance, but would like to be taken. To get to Palma, the bus is also ideal. To get to the airport, the connection is too cumbersome in my opinion.
